Rob Williams is a rising star in the industry of real estate finance. He Started his banking career after three years of service in ministry as a training coordinator and seminary director. Degreed in Elecrtical Engineereing, he has managed projects in this industry since 1997 with Fortune 100 companies such as Hewlett Packard and Dell Computer Corporation.
With experiece as a Senior Investment Manager of an opportunity fund and Director of Land and Development financing, Rob offeres innovative funding solutions and consulting services to clients that needed creative financing to successfully complete their projects. Rob has structured financing for subdivisions, condos, family entertainment centers, and church worship facilities for projects ranging from $50,000 to $1,500,000.

RedLine Funding focuses on real estate lending. As such all of our loans are secured by real property. We will consider arranging financing for property throughout the state of Texas, but prefer Houston, Dallas and Austin based properties.
